You will play a vital role in shaping and enabling technical capabilities related to plant asset management, control systems, operations and maintenance, as well as analytical and process optimization.

You will be responsible for planning, developing and maintaining operational technology infrastructure such as data pipelines, analyzing complex datasets, developing and maintaining predictive models, and providing actionable insights to support strategic decision-making. You will be a key contributor to our Generative AI journey, helping to drive business value in the future.

You will collaborate closely with Enersense's Field and Plant Center of Expertise, key business stakeholders, customers, and other IT teams. This position offers broad exposure across the organization and customer interfaces, providing a meaningful platform to influence how operational technology and digital solutions are applied in real-world industrial environments.

Tasks and responsibilities:

• Collaborate with key stakeholders to discover business demand and delivering best fitting solution for realizing a business value
• Drive business digitalization strategy and roadmaps execution
• Provide expert advice on technology solutions, data architecture, and system architecture
• Develop and maintain cloud data platform solution together with data architect
• Analyze large and complex datasets to extract meaningful insights
• Develop, implement and maintain machine learning models and algorithms
• Design and maintain OT data pipelines and workflows
• Communicate findings and recommendations through reports and visualizations
• Ensure data quality and integrity throughout the data lifecycle
• Maintaining and developing OT data support and development processes
• Experience of working with Generative AI models, Agents and Orchestration frameworks is seen as major advantages

Requirements:

• Proficiency in Python, R, or similar programming languages
• 3-5-year experience of executing statistical analysis, machine learning and/or deep learning techniques from idea to fully functional solution
• Experience with data visualization tools preferably from Power BI
• Familiarity with SQL and NoSQL databases
• Solid knowledge of cloud platforms preferrable Microsoft Fabric
• Understanding for e.g. Deep Learning models, AI Agents and Orchestration frameworks is seen as major advantages
• You are ambitious, solution-oriented and having strong analytical, problem-solving skills with a commitment to customer service
• You have proven ability and experience in designing and implementing ML/DL/Generative AI solutions by discover business demand and delivering best fitting solution for realizing a business value
• Excellent communication and collaboration abilities
• Understanding and experience of IT support and development services
