Enersense Engineering is currently seeking a CSA Supervisor to support our client's Data Centre project located in Helsinki, Finland. We are hiring on a permanent basis and the position is set to start as soon as possible.

Main tasks and responsibilities:

• Manage and coordinate Civil, Structural and Architectural (CSA) work packages
• Lead site safety management together with the safety team
• Oversee site quality assurance processes with the project team
• Coordinate the project schedule with planners, project managers, subcontractors, and consultants
• Manage daily site operations and subcontractor activities, tracking progress and manpower levels
• Maintain site documentation in line with project requirements
• Attend site and coordination meetings and support project reviews
• Support project close-out activities, including punch lists, safety and QA documentation, and final accounts
• Manage and document all project changes affecting cost or schedule
• Review drawings for accuracy and buildability and manage CSA lists

Requirements

• Degree in Engineering or relevant experience
• Minimum 7 years of relevant experience in similar position
• Experience managing CSA teams
• Strong communication, numerical and problem-solving skills
• Experience delivering large-scale CSA projects
