Description:

Enersense Engineering is looking for experienced CSA Construction Manager (Architectural) to support a major data centre construction project in Finland.

The role will be responsible for managing architectural and fit-out elements of CSA works on site, ensuring safe, high-quality, and efficient delivery of finishes, internal works, and building envelope packages.

Main tasks and responsibilities:
  • Manage coordination of Civil, Structural, and Architectural (CSA) work packages, with focus on architectural scope
  • Manage and support CSA supervisors and site teams to deliver fit-out and architectural works on a fast-track construction project
  • Lead site safety in coordination with Project Manager and HSE team
  • Promote strong Health, Safety, Quality, and Environmental standards across all architectural works
  • Plan and monitor procurement, design, engineering, and installation activities for architectural packages
  • Develop and support CSA delivery strategy for architectural works and finishes sequencing
  • Support commercial team with subcontract scope definition and package preparation
  • Review design information and identify discrepancies, constructability issues, and deviations for architectural works
  • Ensure alignment of fit-out works with design intent, programme, and project requirements
  • Manage day-to-day site operations for architectural works, including subcontractor coordination
  • Develop and maintain short-term planning (4-12 week look-ahead programmes)
  • Coordinate sequencing with CSA and MEP teams to ensure smooth interface management
  • Manage subcontractor progress, manpower, and productivity tracking
  • Chair and participate in coordination meetings with architectural subcontractors
  • Ensure accurate maintenance of QA documentation, site records, and reporting
  • Support change management and variation identification with commercial team
  • Review drawings, specifications, and finishing details for accuracy and buildability
  • Ensure correct implementation of finishes, fit-out works, and architectural details on site
  • Support project close-out including snagging, punch lists, QA files, and handover documentation


Requirements:
  • Minimum 7-10 years' experience in construction or site management roles
  • Strong background in architectural, fit-out, or finishing works on large-scale projects
  • Experience delivering data centre, commercial, or complex industrial projects preferred
  • Strong understanding of construction sequencing and fit-out coordination
  • Experience managing subcontractors and site teams
  • Strong knowledge of QA/QC and site safety systems
  • Experience with short-term planning and programme coordination
  • Strong attention to detail and quality-focused mindset
  • Ability to work in fast-paced, high-demand construction environments
  • Strong communication and organisational skills
  • Degree in Construction Management, Architecture, or equivalent experience
  • English language skills
