Description:

Enersense Engineering is currently seeking a skilled and motivated CSA Construction Manager to support one of our key clients on a major infrastructure project located in the Capital Region of Finland. This is a permanent, full-time position with an immediate start available for the right candidate.

In this role, you will be responsible for the successful delivery of the Civil, Structural, and Architectural (CSA) aspects of a large-scale construction project. Working closely with internal teams, contractors, and client representatives, you will ensure that all CSA work packages are delivered to the highest standards of safety, quality, and performance.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage and coordinate all CSA work packages across design, procurement, and construction phases
  • Lead and support a multidisciplinary CSA team, including engineers, supervisors, and package managers
  • Ensure the highest standards in safety, quality, and environmental performance across the site
  • Monitor procurement activities and ensure timely delivery of materials and subcontracts
  • Collaborate with the planning and commercial teams to align CSA activities with project schedules and budgets
  • Oversee subcontractor performance, ensuring progress aligns with planned timelines and deliverables
  • Conduct regular inspections, progress reviews, and compliance audits on-site
  • Chair weekly meetings with contractors and supply chain partners to track progress and address challenges
  • Liaise with the design team to ensure timely and coordinated issuance of construction information
  • Support the commercial team in managing scope variations and subcontractor claims
  • Ensure that all project documentation, quality records, and health & safety files are accurately maintained
  • Oversee project close-out activities including punch lists, quality files, and handover documentation

Qualifications & Experience:
  • Degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, or a related discipline
  • Minimum of 7 years' experience in CSA construction delivery on complex or large-scale projects
  • Proven track record of managing CSA works within a multidisciplinary site environment
  • Strong knowledge of structural and architectural construction techniques and standards
  • Ability to lead and coordinate teams across various stages of project delivery
  • Familiarity with project scheduling tools and short-term planning techniques (e.g. 4-week and 12-week lookaheads)
  • Excellent communication and organizational skills
  • Proven experience in one or more of the following sectors: data centres, nuclear facilities, substations, or other major infrastructure projects.
