As a Reservations Agent we will support you to:

• Make it count – you matter, and we will provide you with all the tools you need in order to create ridiculously personalised experiences for our guests every day!

Reporting to the Reservations Manager you will be expected to:

• Anticipate and understand guests’ requests, providing accurate information on hotel services, selling and upselling hotel rates/packages and identifying future selling opportunities
• Handle all phone calls and email enquiries in a highly professional manner
• Assist our guests in a courteous and efficient manner with their reservation requests, changes and cancellations
• Maximise sales and room occupancy
• be an excellent communicator with a high standard of written and spoken English
• The first point of contact, your goal is to provide an exceptional first impression on the phone

You are an ambassador of The Company, and it is your role to live and help further establish the values of the Kimpton Brand by reflecting the image of The Company. Given the nature of this role it’s important that you have previous Reservations / Front Office experience gained within a Four- or Five-Star Hotel Experience (not necessarily in reservations) You must pride yourself on your high levels of attention to detail and delivering our brand standards.
