As a Front Office Porter we will support you to:
As our Front Office Porter you are a key member of our Concierge/Front of House team. Reporting to our Head Concierge you are the face of the hotel, and your job is to ensure great memories are created for all our guests from check in to check out. You will assist guests in and out of vehicles, including assisting with loading/unloading luggage along with luggage storage and retrieval. You will be expected to transport guests’ luggage to and from their rooms and/or designated storage area. As a member of the Concierge team, you play a pivotal role in welcoming our guests and escorting them to their rooms. You have great knowledge of the local area and are able to give directions and make recommendations. Collaborating with other departments is key to ensuring the guests’ stay is as comfortable as possible. It’s the personal interactions that the guests remember, and this is central to your role.
