Step into a kitchen where elegance meets precision and help us craft one of the most cherished British rituals — Afternoon Tea. As our Demi Chef de Partie, you’ll be the right hand of the Chef de Partie, turning the classics into unforgettable moments for our guests.

You’ll whisk, pipe, layer, and bake your way through tiers of delicate pastries, buttery scones, and hand-cut sandwiches, all while upholding the highest standards of quality, presentation, and taste. Every detail matters — from the swirl of a Chantilly cream to the snap of a perfect shortbread.

But this role isn’t just about technique. It’s about passion! A passion for creating beautifully plated delights. A passion for keeping your space pristine and your tools sharp and a passion for being part of a team that values craftsmanship, collaboration, and curiosity.

What you’ll bring:

• At least 2 years’ experience as a Commis Chef in a 4 or 5-star hotel or restaurant, across various kitchen sections
• A City & Guilds 706/1 or NVQ equivalent
• A deep respect for food hygiene and safety, with a habit of keeping documentation as spotless as your station
• The ability to keep calm, stay organized, and deliver under pressure — with a smile
• And most importantly: a genuine love for food, service, and making guests feel special
