Permanent, Full Time (37.5 hpw)
Earn £12.60 per hour (£24, 638 per annum)

Typical day as our Support Worker
Support customers with daily living tasks to build independence and achieve goals.
Work with customers in Section 117 aftercare, mental health supported accommodation.
Help with meals, shopping, budgeting, tenancy, and moving towards independence.
Complete risk assessments, support planning, goal setting, and reviews.
Time for chats and teamwork — no rushing between customers.
Service is not CQC-regulated; we encourage and prompt personal care where needed.

Job details
Occasionally our customers' needs mean your start and finish times may change. Where we ask you to be flexible, we will always try to reciprocate
Rota-based working pattern within a 24-hour service, working a share of weekends and sleep-ins.
Lone working with regular team training and meetings
Confident using technology for plans, training, and collaboration
You’ll need an Enhanced DBS check done and we pay for that
