Typical day as our Support Worker

• Support customers with daily living tasks, building independence and achieving goals in support plans.

• Work with customers with learning difficulties and complex needs.

• Assist with meals, shopping, budgeting, tenancy, and moving towards independent living.

• Complete risk assessments, support planning, goal setting, and reviews.

• Time for chats, relationship building, and teamwork – no rushing between customers.

• Service is not CQC-regulated; we prompt and encourage customers with personal care.

Job details

• Occasionally our customers' needs mean your start and finish times may change. Where we ask you to be flexible, we will always try to reciprocate

• Rota-based working pattern

• Lone working with regular team training and meetings

• Confident using technology for plans, training, and collaboration

• You’ll need an Enhanced DBS check done and we pay for that
