Permanent, Part Time (30/20 hpw)
Earn £12.60 per hour (£24, 638 per annum)

Typical day as our Support Worker
Support customers with daily living tasks, building independence and achieving goals in support plans.
Work with customers with learning difficulties and complex needs.
Assist with meals, shopping, budgeting, tenancy, and moving towards independent living.
Complete risk assessments, support planning, goal setting, and reviews.
Time for chats, relationship building, and teamwork – no rushing between customers.
Service is not CQC-regulated; we prompt and encourage customers with personal care.

Rota-based working pattern
