Day in the life of a lead support worker
You will work across the ‘hotspot’ evenings and weekends. Days may vary from week to week and will work on a rota basis.
You will have a reactive role and no two shifts will be the same. This role will have variety.
You will support via the telephone anything from staff unable to attend their shift (and sourcing temp cover), responding to repairs, health and safety incidents, emergency bed move ins, and even responding to customer safeguarding alerts.
From Northumberland to central Newcastle, you will have sound working knowledge of our services and how to find the best resolution in line with policies and procedures
Fancy going home each day knowing that you have helped change our customers lives for the better? You’ll do that here, working for the 5th Great Place to Work in the UK!
