Home Group is hiring a Support Coordinator in Worcester (London Road), ENG. This is a full-time position.
Support Co-Ordinator
Salary £27, 500 / Earn £14.06 per hour plus 34 days leave (rising to 39) and health cash plan worth over £1140
Permanent, full time (37.5 hpw), working within the service 08: 00-20: 00 - this role will include working every other weekend

What you’ll do
Deliver person-centred support with our customers, responsible for managing and maintaining support plans and risk assessments.
Balance support, safeguarding, admin and meetings while guiding colleagues and managing caseloads
Support Customers with daily tasks like budgeting, cooking and attending appointments
Work with multi-agency teams to safeguard and empower our customers
Help customers build independence and prepare for their move-on into the community

You have
Passion and experience in supporting others ideally in a supported housing setting
Level 3 Diploma in Care or equivalent experience (or are willing to work towards it)
Experience assessing referrals and coordinating support
The ability to work under your own initiative, remain calm under pressure and have a resilient approach
Mental health supported housing services - this role will be working with customers within our dispersed services.

The practical bits
You will be working between the hours of 08: 00-20: 00, you will be expected to cover a weekend day every other weekend.
You will be working with the customers in the dispersed service - meeting with the customers in their own homes.
Although you’ll lone work, we do get together regularly in the daytime for training and team meetings.
You need an Enhanced with barring list (we pay)
A vehicle insured for business use (and a license!), we’ll pay for any business mileage
