Programme Manager

Salary circa £60, 000 per annum plus great benefits including Health Cash Plan!

Temporary (12 months contract), Full time (37.5), hybrid working

As a Programme Manager at Home Group, you’ll lead large, complex programmes of change. Bringing multiple projects together, you’ll make sure programmes are well governed and change is delivered safely and effectively This is a role for an experienced programme professional who enjoys working with senior leaders, managing complexity, and keeping delivery on track.

What you’ll do

  • Lead end to end programmes using Home Group’s MSP based Programme@Home framework.

  • Coordinate multiple projects, managing dependencies, risks, issues, and change.

  • Monitor programme progress, costs, and benefits on behalf of senior sponsors.

  • Work closely with leaders and delivery teams to support decision making.

  • Ensure programme outcomes are embedded into business as usual and sustained.

You have

  • You have MSP Practitioner qualification or equivalent programme delivery experience.

  • You have led complex, large scale business change or transformation programmes.

  • You have experience managing programme budgets and benefits realisation.

  • You have worked with senior stakeholders and influenced across organisations.

  • You have strong communication skills and use structured stakeholder management.

  • This is a hybrid role, and you’ll spend 2 days in our One Strawberry Lane office with 3 days working at home
