Maintenance Surveyor

Salary: Up to £50, 000 per annum, dependant upon qualifications and experience

Permanent, full time (37.5 hpw)

What you’ll do

• Inspect properties and manage repairs across your assigned patch

• Provide clear technical advice to trades and contractors

• Handle disrepair cases and address damp and mould issues

• Oversee building works and ensure delivery meets agreed timelines

• Prepare empty homes quickly for re-let

You are

• Qualified to HNC/HND/Degree level in Surveying or Construction, or MCIOB

• Knowledgeable in damp and mould, holding PCAQT and HHSRS or willing to gain

• Experienced in diagnosing property issues and specifying remedial works

• Knowledgeable in building pathology, including subsidence

• Experienced in managing contractors and ensuring health and safety compliance

• You’ll work Monday to Friday

• You’ll manage your own diary

• Cover North Lakes patch, including travel and home working

• Use your own vehicle insured for business use, we pay your mileage

• Basic DBS required, we pay that
