Description:
Earn £50, 000 to £55, 000 pa, plus 34 days leave (including bank holidays and a me day) with family friendly policies
Permanent, full time (37.5 hpw) Monday to Friday
Covering our Yorkshire sites, working from one of our offices and from home

Lead contractor relationships to deliver great customer outcomes
Manage disputes and complaints with a focus on resolution
Drive performance across your work stream and team

You have
A RICS or CIOB degree accredited Building Surveying degree or similar qualification
Strong knowledge of housing, building legislation and compliance
Experience of managing contractors and resolving disputes
Confidence using data to drive decisions and performance
An experienced people manager

The practical bits
You’ll work Monday to Friday.
You’ll work core hours between 08: 30 to 16: 30 with flexibility built in
We typically work on a hybrid basis with 2 days per week in one of our offices, with the rest from home and travelling to sites.
You need a vehicle insured for business use, and we pay your mileage
You need a Basic DBS check that we pay for.
