Description:

Earn £50, 000 to £55, 000 pa, plus 34 days leave (including bank holidays and a me day) with family friendly policies

Permanent, full time (37.5 hpw) Monday to Friday

Covering our Yorkshire sites, working from one of our offices and from home

What you’ll do

  • Lead contractor relationships to deliver great customer outcomes

  • Manage disputes and complaints with a focus on resolution

  • Drive performance across your work stream and team

  • Keep budgets on track and ensure value for money

  • Support new projects and improve how we work

You have

  • A RICS or CIOB degree accredited Building Surveying degree or similar qualification

  • Strong knowledge of housing, building legislation and compliance

  • Experience of managing contractors and resolving disputes

  • Confidence using data to drive decisions and performance

  • An experienced people manager

The practical bits

  • You’ll work Monday to Friday.

  • You’ll work core hours between 08: 30 to 16: 30 with flexibility built in

  • We typically work on a hybrid basis with 2 days per week in one of our offices, with the rest from home and travelling to sites.

  • You need a vehicle insured for business use, and we pay your mileage

  • You need a Basic DBS check that we pay for.
