Matching Pension contributions (up to 7%, with life assurance of 3x Basic Salary)
Save up to £1140 yearly with our health cash plan, covering dental, optical, and therapies
Career path with development and an excellent training package
Excellent benefits and rewards including supermarket discounts and travel expenses
What you’ll do
Deliver person‑centred, psychologically informed support, helping customers build independence and progress towards their LIFE (Living Independently and Feeling Enabled) goal.

Coordinate and guide Support Workers and volunteers, providing day‑to‑day advice, inductions and oversight to ensure high‑quality support delivery
Take a lead role in multi‑agency working, including safeguarding, MARAC, MAPPA and other professional forums to promote customer safety and wellbeing
Apply agreed screening, referral and allocation processes, making informed decisions about eligibility and support provision
