Want to be part of a team that truly cares, not only about our customers, but about you too? Our colleagues tell us that working here feels different. We’re brilliant at what we do, and we look after each other just as much as we support our customers. If you’ve ever felt like just a number in your current job, this could be the change you’ve been waiting for.

You’ll help people with complex needs live more independently, where no two days are the same. One moment you’re helping someone take a big step towards their goals, the next you’re supporting them through life’s everyday ups and downs.

What’s in it for you?

  • 34 days leave, pro-rated (including bank holidays and a “me day”)

  • Paid time off for volunteering

  • Matching Pension contributions (up to 7%, with life assurance of 3x Basic Salary)

  • Save up to £1140 yearly with our health cash plan, covering dental, optical, and therapies

  • Career path with development and an excellent training package

  • Excellent benefits and rewards including supermarket discounts and travel expenses

What you’ll do

  • Deliver person‑centred, psychologically informed support, helping customers build independence and progress towards their LIFE (Living Independently and Feeling Enabled) goal.

  • Lead reviews and develop LIFE support plans, ensuring outcomes, risks and strengths are clearly identified and reviewed regularly

  • Coordinate and guide Support Workers and volunteers, providing day‑to‑day advice, inductions and oversight to ensure high‑quality support delivery

  • Take a lead role in multi‑agency working, including safeguarding, MARAC, MAPPA and other professional forums to promote customer safety and wellbeing

  • Apply agreed screening, referral and allocation processes, making informed decisions about eligibility and support provision

Why join us

This is more than a job – it’s a place where you feel valued. With our learning and development offer, and support from friendly colleagues, you’ll make a real difference every day! If you’re ready to leave behind the ordinary, do something that really matters. Be part of one of the UK’s Great Places to Work!

You have

  • Passion and experience in supporting others ideally in a supported housing setting

  • Experience assessing referrals and coordinating support

  • The ability to work under your own initiative, remain calm under pressure and have a resilient approach

  • Strong communication and collaborative skills

The practical bits

  • Monday to Friday 9am to 5pm, managing own diary.

  • Primarily office & community based around Bentinck Road and the NE4 area. Flexibility for occasional days to work from other office locations or home.

  • You need an Enhanced with barring list (we pay)
