Are you passionate about customer experience? Join us as our Lead Engagement Advisor, where you will play a key role as an ambassador for customer engagement, shaping the engagement agenda for Home Group and beyond.

You will work closely with regional teams, ensuring our customers are supported to meet their aspirations, develop skills and come together with others

Typical day as Lead Engagement Advisor

• Working closely with customers to identify areas for involvement and scrutiny.
• Working closely with regional teams to support the delivery of regional plans.
• Maximise customer engagement across a named region and specific business areas.
• You’ll use a variety of channels to offer opportunities to as many people as possible, ensuring your approach considers the barriers to engagement and seeks to overcome them.
• Provide support and guidance to colleagues across the business to enable them to engage customers
• You’ll be responsible for the administration associated with all relevant customer engagement activities, and support customers with their associated admin.

You have

• Knowledge of social and supported housing and community issues.
• Relevant experience of working with customers to enhance their skills and confidence and to bring out their voice and views as well as knowledge of positive risk taking with customers to enhance their experiences.
• You’ll also have brilliant communication skills, including report writing and collating customer feedback.
• You’ll have good skills with regards to project planning and partnership working.

• Hybrid working with frequent overnight travel– can be based across England
