What you’ll do
Keep the building safe and secure through regular checks and CCTV
Be the first point of contact for customers and emergencies overnight
Spot and respond to changes in behaviour with care and confidence
Build positive relationships with neighbours and the local community
Record and hand over key information to the daytime team

You have
Experience working alone and staying calm under pressure
Great people skills and a flexible, person-centred approach
Confidence to manage challenging behaviour and de-escalate situations
Good literacy and numeracy, and able to keep accurate records
A full UK driving licence (or equivalent experience if not essential)
Practical bits
Working waking nights, on a lone working basis. You’ll occasionally need to attend daytime meetings or training.
We work between the hours of 21: 45 to 08: 15.
Rota Working on a rota of 4 on, 4 off basis
You’ll work from our Erdely Villa service in Middlesbrough, which is easily accessed by public transport.
There is free on-site parking. You need an Enhanced with barring list DBS check that we pay for.
