Flexible Bank Support Worker
Pay £13.45per hour, we pay £50 per sleep in shift and offer great benefits

What you’ll do
Assist customers with their daily living tasks to develop their independence, achieve their goals aspirations and outcomes documented in their support plans
Support vulnerable customers in a variety of services
Support Customers with daily tasks like budgeting, cooking and attending appointments
Carry out risk assessments, support planning, goal setting and regular reviews
Help customers build independence and prepare for their move-on into the community

You have
Flexibility to work at short notice, as you’ll be the one picking your next shift
Confidence to work in different services, locations or teams and get on with colleagues
Passion and experience in supporting others, ideally in a supported housing setting
Experience of caring for others –professionally or personally
The colleague will support with medication, personal care, nutrition and supporting customers to manage their daily living tasks whilst promoting independence.

Working shifts on a rota basis as agreed.
You need an Enhanced with barring list (we pay)
A vehicle insured for business use (and a license!), we’ll pay for any business mileage
