What you’ll do
Deliver high quality support following the guidance of permanent team members across all of our Hampshire supported services.
Support Customers with daily tasks like budgeting, cooking and attending appointments
Work with multi-agency teams to safeguard and empower our customers
Help customers build independence and prepare for their move-on into the community

You have
Flexibility to work at short notice, as you’ll be the one picking your next shift
Confidence to work in different services, locations or teams and get on with colleagues
Passion and experience in supporting others, ideally in a supported housing setting
Previous experience of working with support plans, recording and using information concisely and effectively
The ability to work under your own initiative, remain calm under pressure and have a resilient approach

The practical bits
We have a number of services in Hampshire, including a brand new addition in Rushmoor that we are calling Rushmoor Social Inclusion. As a Hampshire patch we provide support for a variety of individuals, primarily those with mental health needs or those needing support to prevent homelessness.
Our services all have their own individual rotas so you could be offered a variety of shifts dependent on what each service needs.
Some services are covered 24 hours a day and others are not. It’s a real mixture which makes it interesting!
You need an Enhanced DBS with barring list (we pay)
