Permanent, full time (37.5 hpw)
Earn £12.60 ph, £24, 638 pa [pro rata] and great benefits including Health Cash Plan

We have a brilliant job opportunity for you to join our awesome team as our Financial Inclusion Associate.
We support our customers nationally by telephone. We maximise their income through Benefit Checks and Budgeting and help them to be more financially confident. The cost-of-living increase has had an impact on our customers’ money, and we are here to help them manage the extra costs.

You bring
Due to limits on our current certificates of sponsorship, we are not able to offer sponsorship to external candidates for this role. This remains under regular review.

You’ll be working alongside Mark, our Financial Inclusion Manager, and the rest of our dedicated Financial Inclusion Telephonist Team.
