Salary £24, 638 per annum, pro rota plus 34 days leave and matching pension contribution.

What you’ll do
Support customers with daily living, personal care and medication
Help people build skills and confidence to live more independently
Co-ordinate rotas and guide support workers to deliver great care
Keep support plans and risk assessments up to date
Plan activities and build links in the community

You have
Level 2 in Health and Social Care or equivalent experience
Experience supporting people with learning disabilities
Calm, resilient and able to work on your own initiative
Great communication skills and a person-centred approach
Confidence using tech to update plans and complete training

Practical bits
You’ll work 29.5 hours per week on a two-week set rota, including day shifts, sleep-ins and weekends.
