Want to help create a clean, tidy home for vulnerable people? We house customers age 55 and over with support needs and you’ll be at the heart of ensuring they have a homely place to live. Cleaning communal areas in our sheltered housing scheme, which includes a customer lounge, kitchen, guest room and scheme office, you’ll also work with the team on turning around void rooms effectively to house someone else who needs it.

Typical day as a Cleaner

• You’ll work within our friendly team, who support our customers, to maintain the cleanliness and upkeep of our property including all communal areas
• You’ll prepare void rooms ready for our next customer to move in
• You’ll ensure our office has a general spruce up when it’s needed

You bring

• Some experience of general cleaning duties
• Your friendliness and respect for our vulnerable customers coupled with your professional boundaries
• Your ability to work on your initiative while also working as part of a team to ensure a clean property

Job details

• Work pattern is Monday to Friday 2 hours per day, specific hours can be agreed with you.
• You’ll need a Standard DBS check done and we pay for that.
