DGBXXX, a division of DHL International (UK) Limited is hiring a Courier in Worcester, ENG. This is a full-time position.

Location: Unit B, Roundway House, Worcester, WR4 0SZ

Hours: Monday–Friday, 07: 15–17: 15 (45 hours per week)
Salary: £33, 345 per annum / £14.25 per hour
Holidays: 22 days, rising year on year. (capped at 26 days)

🚀What You’ll Be Doing

As the friendly face out on the road, you’ll make sure every delivery and collection runs like clockwork, giving our customers the exceptional service DHL is known for.

You will:

  • Deliver and collect shipments safely, efficiently, and on time
  • Build great relationships with customers and enhance their experience
  • Plan and organise your daily routes to meet delivery windows
  • Follow all safety, security and manual handling procedures
  • Complete daily vehicle checks and maintain high standards
  • Spot potential sales opportunities and identify security concerns

Skills & Experience We’re Looking For

  • Strong communication skills
  • Good local geographical knowledge
  • Physically able to handle parcels and work on your feet
  • Full UK driving licence
  • Previous multi‑drop or customer‑facing experience is helpful but not essential
