What You Will Do

The Scientific Marketing Team assumes the responsibility for the execution of a strategic plan for the clinical marketing components of strategic growth product lines through partnering with key stakeholders. Below is the role and responsibilities and requirements of a Scientific Marketer (Professional Marketer). We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Scientific Marketer to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in healthcare and pharmaceutical marketing, with a focus on scientific communication and engagement with healthcare professionals (HCPs).

Key Responsibilities

• Strategic Planning and Execution:

• Create and implement strategic plans for clinical marketing of growth product lines.

• Collaborate with stakeholders to enhance product growth through clinical marketing.

• HCP Engagement and Education:

• Increase product awareness, recommendations and scripting through tailored scientific messaging to HCPs.

• Develop and implement engagement strategies by analysing HCP education needs and market segmentation.

• Product Launch and Marketing Support:

• Develop scientific marketing content for eDetailer, printed leave behinds, mental availability items and other marketing materials to support new product launches and focus brands.

• Create impactful scientific marketing messages from clinical data.

• Create and keep core claims documents per product updated.

• Innovation and Industry Trends:

• Recommend innovative ways to increase HCP engagement by leveraging CRM, digital, and scalable solutions.

• Stay abreast of industry trends and developments in HCP marketing to ensure the company remains at the forefront of innovation.

•• Skills and Competencies:

• Strong expertise in pharmaceutical brand positioning and strategy development.

• Proficient in competitor analysis and market research.

• Comprehensive commercial and omnichannel experience.

• Ability to work collaboratively and drive results in a fast-paced environment.

• Problem-solving mindset with a focus on achieving measurable outcomes.

What We Are Looking For

Required Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years of experience as scientific marketer in pharmaceutical sector.

• Strong expertise in pharmaceutical brand positioning and strategy development.

• Degree in Chemistry, or Biology or Life Sciences.

• Communication, relationship-building, and project management skills are critical to success.

• Ability to analyse and communicate clinical study designs and results, including basic knowledge of biostatistics.

• Proficiency in clinical literature search
