Description:

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage relationship and ownership of a group of E& C End Users, local and International EPC's Mainly at UAE level using a solution sales approach to meet sales objectives.
• Responsible for selling integrated solutions (that bring together both hardware and software products) to achieve revenue/sales targets. Involved in the direct sales process by managing new and existing accounts of regional, national, or strategic significance.
• Generate opportunity pipeline from the Oil and Gas, Utilities, Water and wastewater, Cement, Manufacturing, Industrial industries, and Infrastructure.
• Experience in Design, Technical, Estimation, proposals, Pre-sales for targeted segments, driving sales growth and developing business opportunities in the automation industry, with a focus on achieving and exceeding sales targets.
• Consulting with the Client to establish the scope of design management services and the composition of the design management team.
• Conducting design reviews, technical reviews as well as quality assurance reviews of design document submissions.
• Coordinating with the tendering and design team in conducting design gate review with clients and other stakeholders.
• Prepare & submit NDA/ EOI/BOQ/ PQ Documents/ Tenders as per the tender requirements and Sales Leader approval.
• Ability to identify customer's pain points and prompt technical solution.
• Strong automation knowledge - PLC, RTU, DCS, Drives etc.
• Familiar with Schneider Electric Products.

Qualifications:

• 5-10 years of Sales & Business Development experience of Industrial Automation & Telecommunication in UAE market
• Technical competency to understand customer requirements clearly and advocate proposed solutions.
•Ability to deliver Presentations and strong communication skills for efficient interaction with various stakeholders.
•Sound know-how of Commercial Processes, Cost Estimation, Negotiation and Contract management.
•Preferably from local SI's who have experience in the UAE/GCC market and understand Integration.
•Thorough knowledge of the competition landscape.
•Results-oriented, Self-motivated and ability to perform under pressure and achieve sales targets.
