Job Brief: We are seeking a skilled Key Account Manager to oversee and enhance relationships with Design Firms (Electrical Consultants) across MEA. The ideal candidate will be adept at understanding customer needs, fostering long-term partnerships, and driving sales growth.
Main Duties and Responsibilities: - Relationship Management: Develop and maintain strong, long-lasting relationships with key Design Firms to ensure their satisfaction and loyalty. Identify and drive strategic partnerships and discussions on topics such as: Net Zero, Sustainability. The role also requires knowledge and engagement to drive the full Schneider Electric Portfolio on project basis within the design firms.
- Client Understanding: Acquire a deep understanding of key customer needs and requirements to provide tailored Schneider Electric solutions in segments like: Real Estate, Healthcare, Hotels, and Transportation.
- Sales Growth: Increase the prescription pipeline within the design firms.
- Communication: Serve as the primary point of contact between clients and internal teams, ensuring timely delivery of products and services.
- Strategic Planning: Collaborate with clients to develop strategies that align with their business objectives.
Requirements: - Bachelor's degree in engineering, Business Administration, Sales, or a related field.
- 8 -10 years of proven experience as a Key Account Manager or in a similar sales role.
- Ability to drive consultative selling through customer trainings and workshops.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build relationships at all organizational levels.
- Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Experience in Electrical Design Tools.
- English Proficiency is a must.
- Ability to travel 25% of the time.
