About the role

Lead sourcing and supplier performance across key indirect categories to deliver cost optimization, service excellence, compliance, and sustainability. Work closely with Marcom, Finance, and other IP stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities
  • Supplier Management: Establish and maintain strong relationships with suppliers; negotiate contracts to ensure competitive pricing and quality standards. Support supplier onboarding activities, collect supplier creation documentation, and follow up on RFQ processes including due dates and operational requirements.
  • Market Analysis: Conduct market research to stay informed about industry trends, supplier capabilities, and potential risks.
  • Cost Optimization: Identify opportunities for cost savings and efficiency improvements across procurement processes.
  • Digital Transformation Oversight: Maintain and enhance purchasing tools such as Coupa, SSP-SRM, and SAP MDG; lead initiatives to integrate digital solutions that streamline operations, improve data accuracy, and support better decision-making.
  • Stakeholder Collaboration: Work closely with internal stakeholders to understand their needs and ensure procurement aligns with operational requirements.
  • Planning: Prepare and implement annual forecast and reforecast of indirect procurement volumes (data provided and validated by Controlling).
  • Portfolio Management: Implement and manage the assigned indirect procurement portfolio, ensuring alignment with commodity strategies and procurement policies.
  • Compliance & Governance: Ensure compliance with procurement policies, procedures, and contractual governance requirements.
About You:
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in Indirect Procurement.
  • Strong English proficiency (written and spoken).
  • Knowledge of procurement categories including Indirect Procurement, Marcom (Marketing), Real Estate, and other indirect procurement categories.
  • Strong sourcing & negotiation skills, contract management, and supplier performance management.
