The Business Operations Manager, assigned to one of Pinkerton's largest global clients, will play a pivotal role in ensuring the strategic alignment, operational consistency and programmatic success of the Global Programs and Services (GPS) function. The Manager oversees GPS-specific communication, drives change management initiatives, and coordinates cross-functional efforts to elevate GPS' operational standards. Additionally, this role manages the monthly business review process, finance reporting, and contract management functions as well as the remnants of the PMO/Global Integration functions.
Essential Functions: - Represent Pinkerton's core values of integrity, vigilance, and excellence.
- Lead GPS-specific communication, ensuring clarity, alignment, and transparency across the function.
- Develop and execute communication and stakeholder engagement plans for key GPS initiatives and changes while keeping stakeholders informed and engaged.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure consistent messaging and effective communication of operational updates and strategic priorities.
- Drive change management efforts across GPS to ensure smooth transitions and engagement for key programs, processes, and structural adjustments.
- Partner with stakeholders to build change resilience and continuous improvement mindsets within the team.
- Directly manage the GPS Coordinator and finance reporting to ensure streamlined operations and financial accuracy.
- Ensure timely, accurate, and insightful financial reporting that informs strategic decision making.
- Oversee the contract management reporting process for GPS to ensure compliance and operational consistency.
- Collaborate with procurement and legal teams to monitor contract performance renewals and drive best practices and risk management.
- Ensure contract terms and conditions are upheld and that all stakeholders are aligned with GPS' operational needs and requirements.
- Manage the Project Managers from Global Integrations and ensure their work aligns with GPS priorities and delivers value.
- Lead the development and ongoing improvement of GPS monthly business reviews including insights and reporting that drive value and impact.
- Set high standards for program execution, reporting, and operational processes across GPS and continuously raising the bar for performance.
- Partner closely with cross-functional teams to confirm alignment and operational efficiency within GPS.
- Evaluate daily operations of each GPS department so that they meet the company's profitability goals without exceeding budget.
