The InterContinental Hotels Group® at Dubai Festival City consists of four hotels. These include the luxury and lifestyle brand InterContinental, the lavish long-stay InterContinental Residence Suites, the premium Crowne Plaza, and the essentials Holiday Inn & Suites. In addition to over 1, 600 rooms, the cluster boasts a selection of 16 restaurants and bars, an impressive 3, 800-square-metre Event Centre across two levels, the 5, 000-square-metre Festival Arena by InterContinental, the luxurious Spa InterContinental, and state-of-the-art gym and swimming pool facilities. A little taste of your day-to-day:

• Ensure the gym, changing rooms, and all wellness areas are impeccably clean, well-organized, and guest-ready at all times.
• Sanitize equipment after each use and throughout the day in accordance with hygiene protocols.
• Perform regular inspections of all gym equipment; promptly report any malfunctions and ensure items are in optimal working condition.
• Support the daily opening and closing procedures, ensuring seamless shift transitions.
• Maintain and regularly update operational and non-operational inventories, including amenities, supplies, and equipment.
• Ensure all fitness facilities and activities meet internal safety guidelines and local regulatory standards.
• Monitor guest and member activity to ensure adherence to safety protocols and proper use of equipment.
• Provide assistance with membership inquiries, registrations, and renewals in a warm, professional manner.
• Accurately log guest usage, observations, and maintenance records as required.

What we need from you:

• 1+ year of experience in a luxury hospitality or wellness environment.
• Strong communication skills in English (spoken and written); additional languages are an advantage.
• Flexibility with working hours, including overnights, weekends, and public holidays.
• Valid First Aid and CPR certification.
• High School Diploma or equivalent; fitness-related qualifications are an asset.
• Warm, professional presence with a guest-first attitude and a keen eye for detail.
