Main purposeYou will be responsible for providing the management and internal teams with business reporting grounded in data that will inform decision making and strategy setting. Responsibilities include support end-to-end finance operations, financial planning and analysis, looking to make improvements to procedures and controls, as well as ad-hoc projects and requests as and when they come up.
Key responsabilities Sell-out Data gathering from distributors
Utilizing Power BI to implement Key Performance Indicators (KPIs), graphs, and dashboards for effective data visualization and analysis
Conducting market analysis to identify trends, opportunities, and threats
Developing detailed reports by leveraging existing financial tools to provide insightful analysis and recommendations.
Assisting in the documentation and implementation of management processes to improve business control and efficiency.
Developing monthly reports, including closing notes, to track financial performance and provide actionable insights
Performing ad hoc studies on various financial aspects such as payment
Analysis of variances between actual financial performance and budgeted figures
Monitoring sales
Co-work with the Finance Manager and Business Analyst from the Regional Office on the Budget Process
Assist in the annual Pricing adjustment
Establishing benchmarks and conducting competitive monitoring
Analyzing competitors' pricing strategies to inform pricing decisions and strategies
ProfileDiplomed from higher education degree from a Business School University or equivalent you have a successful 6-month experience, ideally in a similar role, would be highly appreciated.
Language abilities
- Fluent in English (spoken & written), French is appreciated
- Demonstrates professional verbal and written communication skills
Technical Skills / Abilities
- Excellent computer skills with a proficiency in Excel - Advanced knowledge of MS Office
- Experienced working with ERP, Item Management Systems, and Online Database (BI)
