Nemours Children's Health - Delaware invites applicants for
three full-time integrated primary care psychologist positions. We have an over 20-year history of providing integrated behavioral health services as part of interprofessional teams in our network of Nemours pediatric primary clinics throughout the state of Delaware and are excited to expand our team.
The psychologists in these positions will join pediatric primary care teams comprised of physicians, medical residents, behavioral health providers, nurses, medical assistants, and care coordinators who provide team-based care to patients and their families. Psychologists engage in important work around consultation, assessment, and intervention for youth from birth to 21. Our robust program also includes an early identification assessment service for autism within the medical home. We also have large training programs in psychology, social work, and pediatrics that provide ample opportunities to teach and train future integrated primary care team members.

- Nemours Children's Health, Dover & Middletown: The psychologist in this position will split time (2 days in each clinic) in our southernmost New Castle county clinic in Middletown, as well as our state capital, Dover.
- Nemours Children's Health, St. Francis: The St. Francis clinic, which is located in urban Wilmington, and serves as a main psychology training site for our Bilingual Supervision Program. Every primary care provider and most staff are bilingual English-Spanish.
- Nemours Children's Health, Seaford: The Seaford clinic is located in Sussex county, which is a rural health professional shortage area.
This role includes many opportunities to participate in program development, leadership, advocacy, and community outreach. In addition, there will be opportunities for quality improvement and research initiatives. Our division collaborates with our research colleagues in the Nemours Center for Healthcare Delivery Science ( https: //www.nemours.org/pediatric-research/area/health-care-delivery-science.html ). Psychologists are members of the medical staff at Nemours Children's Hospital, Delaware and are supported with applying for an academic appointment through the Sidney Kimmel Medical College at Thomas Jefferson University.

Qualifications- Ph.D/ Psy.D. from an APA-accredited clinical, counseling, or school psychology program
- Pre-doctoral Internship from an APA-accredited site, and at least one year of postdoctoral experience in a child-focused setting.
