Job Description
Nemours is hiring a Neonatal Hospitalist in Wilmington, DE. This is a full-time position.
The Division of Neonatology at Nemours Children's Hospital, Delaware is seeking a Neonatal Hospitalist to join our Level IV Neonatal Intensive Care Unit (NICU).
The Neonatal Hospitalist will provide direct inpatient care for newborns in our Level IV, 46-bed NICU while working collaboratively with a team of board-certified neonatologists and advanced practice providers. Clinical responsibilities include daytime in-house coverage on weekdays and weekends, with occasional night, weekend, and holiday coverage as needed.
This role offers the opportunity to work in a collaborative academic environment that supports education, quality improvement, research, and professional development. Hospitalists participate in the education of residents, medical students, nursing staff, and other members of the multidisciplinary care team. Physicians with interests in research, informatics, patient safety, quality improvement, education, or leadership are encouraged to pursue these interests with institutional support.

Qualifications
- Completion (or anticipated completion) of an ACGME-accredited residency in Pediatrics or Family Medicine, with or without additional subspecialty training
- Board Certified or Board Eligible in Pediatrics or Family Medicine
- Eligible for unrestricted medical licensure in the State of Delaware
- Start date is flexible based on candidate availability
