Description:

Dental Services Supervisor - Senior Care

As a Dental Services Supervisor, yoiu will oversee the daily operations of the Dental Department. You will supervise all clinical and non-clinical staff in the clinic and laboratory. This role reports directly to the NSC Administrator.

Responsibilities:
  • Supervise the Dental staff. Oversee scheduling of staff dentists and additional support staff.
  • Monitor department budget closely and regularly.
  • Ensure the quality of patient care provided.
  • Interpret State and Federal regulations to insure all requirements are met in the Dental Department
  • Requisition general supplies, medication supplies and capital equipment. Maintain a perpetual inventory system.
  • Maintain accurate statistical records
  • Insure proper documentation of all records.
  • Handle front desk functions such as answering phones, patient check in & check out, patient scheduling and registration as needed.
  • Oversee external vendors for dental lab services.


Requirements:
  • High School Diploma
  • At least 3 years of job-related experience
