As a Control Lead in the Rewards Product Delivery team within the Loyalty organization, you will lead control activities and manage initiatives from start to finish. You will execute deliverables within our Control framework, ensuring a strong control environment across Loyalty. This role is part of Chase's Consumer & Community Banking group.

Job Responsibilities:
  • Lead control activities within the Rewards Product Delivery team.
  • Manage initiatives from inception to completion.
  • Coordinate with multiple partners to maintain a strong control environment.
  • Represent the team with professionalism and deliver high-quality work.
  • Evaluate the effectiveness of management and business process controls.
  • Perform assessments to identify risk trends and opportunities.
  • Identify, analyze, and report key risk indicators.
  • Develop recommendations to strengthen internal controls.
  • Partner with business functions to resolve issues from audits and risk reviews.
  • Lead or participate in regular calls with business partners.

Required Qualifications, Capabilities, and Skills:
  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in relevant fields or equivalent experience.
  • Minimum of 7 years in financial services in controls, audit, or related functions.
  • Proficient in control/risk management concepts.
  • Strong analytical and communication skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Alteryx.
  • Knowledge of Card operating systems and ability to analyze transaction details.

  • Understanding of key business functions and relevant regulations.
  • Effective communication and presentation skills.
  • Strong interpersonal skills and ability to build relationships.
  • Ability to work independently and manage priorities.
  • Experience in evaluating management and business process controls.
  • Ability to identify risk trends and enhance mitigation measures.
  • Knowledge of internal policies, banking regulations, and accounting principles.
