Job Description

JPMorgan Chase Bank, N.A. is hiring a Vice President- Product Delivery Lead in Wilmington, DE. This is a full-time position.

A high-impact leadership role blending hands-on UAT ownership, team management, and innovation in automation and tooling to accelerate delivery and raise quality in a fast-paced product environment.

As a Product Delivery Lead in Card Pricing, you will own end-to-end testing strategy and execution for strategic initiatives, including platform modernization and new pricing capabilities. You will lead a team of testers, drive quality governance, and establish a scalable test automation vision to improve speed, coverage, and reliability of releases.

Job Responsibilities
  • Own and lead end-to-end UAT strategy and delivery across Card Pricing initiatives, ensuring alignment with business objectives and release timelines, while creasing coverage and reducing cycle time
  • Define and govern the UAT approach, test plans, execution strategy, including dependencies, risks, assumptions, and entry/exit criteria
  • Oversee execution of complex pricing scenarios; ensure accurate results, evidence, and defect documentation
  • Lead defect triage, prioritization, and resolution, partnering across Product, Technology, and Operations teams
  • Reconcile results across test cycles, environments, and partner groups, driving resolution of discrepancies
  • Manage and develop a team of UAT analysts, drive accountability and performance
  • Act as primary escalation point and provide clear executive-level status reporting
  • Identify and implement automation opportunities, including CI/CD integration and reusable frameworks
  • Ensure adherence to governance, controls, and regulatory requirements (e.g., APR) and partner with stakeholders across Product, Technology, Risk, and Ops to remove blockers and ensure delivery
  • Drive continuous improvement in processes, tools, and testing efficiency while Leveraging AI/GenAI tools to improve test design, execution, and reporting


Required qualifications, Skills and Capabilities
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience
  • 7+ years of experience in testing/UAT, including test strategy, planning, and execution
  • Prior experience in people management or team leadership
  • Strong experience with JIRA workflows and defect management, End-to-end testing lifecycle, Test management tools, SQL for data validation and analysis
  • Experience with Agile software development methodology
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills, including ability to prepare executive-level updates
  • Strong organizational and project management skills; ability to manage competing priorities under tight deadlines
  • Proven ability to collaborate effectively across cross-functional teams
  • High initiative, ownership mindset, and ability to operate in a fast-paced, ambiguous environment


Preferred qualifications, skills and capabilities
  • Experience in Card Pricing, financial services, or regulated environments
  • Hands-on experience with test automation frameworks and CI/CD integration
  • Familiarity with AI/GenAI-enabled testing tools
  • Exposure to real-time systems and API-based architectures
