Job Description
JPMorgan Chase Bank, N.A. is hiring a Vice President, Owned Channels Digital Credit Card Marketing Strategy in Wilmington, DE. This is a full-time position.
We are looking for a strategic leader, collaborator, influencer and storyteller who can build out and drive our card growth strategy for existing Chase customers. The ideal candidate has the ability to marry insights from data with Chase objectives and deliver best-in-class customer experience.

As a Vice President on our Card Marketing team, you set the strategic direction for growth in our owned secure digital channels for logged in customers to the mobile app and website. You will shape the vision for how we grow digital account acquisition, align cross-functional partners and executives behind a shared plan. This is an opportunity to influence firm-wide priorities, mentor a growing team, and define the future of digital marketing for our card portfolio.

Job responsibilities
- Shape and articulate the strategic growth vision for our secure owned-channel acquisition marketing, ensuring it aligns with broader business priorities.
- Craft compelling, data-driven narratives that translate complex performance results into clear stories and recommendations for senior leadership.
- Influence and align executives and cross-functional partners across Marketing, Product, Technology, Data & Analytics, and Operations behind a shared strategic agenda.
- Present future-state strategies and performance updates to leadership, building executive buy-in and shaping prioritization decisions.
- Partner with Data & Analytics to interpret performance signals and frame the insights that guide strategic marketing choices.
- Set the direction for site optimization and testing so that experimentation ladders up to a coherent growth strategy rather than isolated executions.
- Anticipate market shifts and customer needs, positioning our digital acquisition strategy for sustained, incremental growth.
- Lead, mentor, and develop a growing team, coaching them to think strategically and communicate with executive presence.
- Manage ambitious annual acquisition targets while balancing near-term results against long-term strategic positioning.
Required qualifications, capabilities, and skills
- 6+ years of relevant digital marketing experience, ideally with a focus on direct response and growth.
- Proven executive presence, with a track record of influencing and aligning senior stakeholders.
- Exceptional storytelling ability - you turn complex data into clear, persuasive narratives that drive decisions.
- Strong strategic and business acumen, with the ability to identify opportunities, shape a vision, and adapt as conditions change.
- Data-driven decision-making paired with creative problem-solving.
- Executive-ready communication skills and confidence presenting to senior leaders.
- Cross-functional leadership skills, with the ability to align diverse teams behind a shared strategy.
- Demonstrated ability to manage budgets, prioritize initiatives, and develop talent.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic, results-driven environment.

- Experience shaping firm-wide or portfolio-level strategic priorities.
- Experience in Financial Services or similar verticals
