Are you looking for an exciting opportunity to join a dynamic and growing team in a fast paced and challenging area? This is a unique opportunity for you to work in Wholesale Lending Services team to partner with the Business to provide a comprehensive view of Loan Syndications.

As the Trading Service Analyst in Wholesale Lending Services, you will be primarily supporting Global Credit Trading, Loan Total Return Swap and Syndicated Leverage Finance businesses within the Corporate and Investment Bank. This role sits within the Loan Trading Trade Entry team and will focus on the daily booking and reconciliations of these trades.

Job responsibilities
  • Capture all transactions in the Risk Management Systems timely and accurately.
  • Complete intraday / end of day processes including completeness and reconciliation checks to ensure capture of new trading activity and general book management has been processes accurately.
  • Work closely with Operations functions and infrastructure groups to support a 'one team approach'.
  • Ensure all controls are diligently performed, completed, and signed off on timely basis.
  • Communicate clear and concisely with all support teams to ensure the timely and efficient resolutions of queries.
  • Participate and contribute to the various strategic initiatives; keep improving and evolving processes and business architecture.
  • Build an in-depth understanding of all trading structures from both a financial and operational perspective.

Required qualifications, capabilities, and skills
  • Bachelor's Degree in Finance / Business or relevant Syndicated Loan Operations experience.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Demonstrated leadership abilities and strong teamwork skills.

  • Detail-oriented
  • Ability to prioritize and pivot to reprioritize as needed.
  • Strong problem-solving, decision making, and analytical skills.
