As a Regulatory Operations Analytics and Reporting Production Support Developer in the Credit Bureau Operations (CBO) team, you will be responsible for providing business intelligence through data analysis and supporting current production. If you are ready to learn and work with several different organizations within Regulatory Operations, then you are perfect for our team.

Job Responsibilities:
  • Partner with subject matter experts and management to deliver solutions from idea conception through implementation.
  • Conduct ad-hoc data analysis focused on uncovering new business intelligence for our stakeholders that will optimize their day to day operations.
  • Use data to tell compelling stories that will resonate with stakeholders and help them to understand where opportunities exist.
  • Manage customer expectations on timely and accurate reporting.
  • Collaborate with team members and foster a strong team atmosphere.
  • Continually explore better tools to do your job and strengthen your skills.

Required qualifications, capabilities, and skills:
  • Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Financial Engineering or related fields
  • Data Analysis Experience: Demonstrated experience conducting data analysis with ability to translate numbers into insights.
  • Technical Knowledge: Three plus years of hands on experience with tools such as Alteryx, SAS, SQL/PLSQL, VBA, Tableau, Python.
  • Process Automation Experience: Demonstrated experience with process automation using advanced Business Intelligence tools.
  • Critical Thinker: Ability to objectively analyze issues and form decisions.
  • Communication: Ability to synthesize data into actionable insights and effectively communicate to all levels of management.
  • Attention to Detail: An acute attention to detail is required
  • Ability to operate in a self-directed manner with strong desire to deliver superior results with urgency.

Preferred qualifications, capabilities and skills:
  • Master's Degree in Computer Science, Financial Engineering or related fields
  • Strong knowledge of Consumer Banking
