As a Senior Product Delivery Associate in Embedded Finance and Solutions, you are trusted with enabling the delivery of products in a stable and scalable way. Work with cross-function teams, build key relationships, and enable the product to continuously deliver value. As a member of the team, you will assist product teams in developing innovative products and features that delight customers by challenging traditional approaches, removing barriers to success, and fostering a culture of continuous innovation that inspires cross-functional teams to create groundbreaking solutions addressing customer needs.

Job responsibilities
  • Collaborates with the Product Delivery Manager to execute on key delivery tasks and identify ways to boost efficiencies
  • Supports the completion of change management activities across functional partners and monitors adherence to the firm's risk, controls, compliance, and regulatory requirements
  • Raises blockers and other impediments to the Product Delivery Manager to manage dependencies and ensure adequate resources
  • Assist with the entire product life cycle through planning, execution, and future development by continuously adapting, developing new products and methodologies, managing risks, and achieving business targets like cost, features, reusability, and reliability to support growth
  • Collaborate with the product team on best practices enabling them to effectively deliver on objectives
  • Execute against a comprehensive risk assessment and control framework
  • Enable new business initiatives and solutions, and enhance control design; identify technology integration and/or enhancement required to execute the risk and control requirements; establish meaningful set of risk and control metrics
  • Assist manager with training on risk concepts and control framework to ensure product teams are complying with firm-wide and regulatory requirements
  • Partner effectively with colleagues across and with JPM Payments and across the firm, business, operations, legal, compliance, GFCC, risk, audit and regulators and technology control functions


Required qualifications, capabilities, and skills
  • 3+ years of experience or equivalent expertise in product management or a relevant domain area
  • Demonstrated performance in either product management or relevant domain area
  • Experience executing operational management and change readiness activities
  • Experience in product deployment processes
  • Knowledge of product development life cycle, technical design, and data analytics
  • Highly motivated self-starter with excellent time management/prioritization skills to manage competing priorities
  • Excellent written and oral communication skills
  • Strong organization and project management skills
  • Able to collaborate and build strong partnerships
  • Attention to detail with logical thought process


Preferred qualifications, capabilities, and skills
  • Developed knowledge of the product development life cycle
  • Prior experience in Audit or Risk and Controls
