As a
Senior Product Delivery Associate in the
Card Acquisitions Product team, you will coordinate cross-functional delivery with strategic partners and external suppliers, helping teams execute roadmaps, manage risks, and strengthen controls. You'll bring structure to fast-moving priorities through disciplined planning, clear communications, and proactive issue management. You'll also help improve operational routines and documentation so delivery stays efficient, consistent, and audit-ready.
Job responsibilities
- Execute supplier initiatives by translating priorities into delivery plans, milestones, dependencies, risks and issues, and status reporting
- Coordinate work across Product, Technology, Operations, and Risk partners to drive deliverables from initiation through completion
- Track modernization deliverables, document decisions, surface blockers, and drive actions that improve scalability and efficiency
- Support third-party oversight activities by coordinating inputs, tracking due dates, maintaining audit-ready documentation, and escalating concerns appropriately
- Assess supplier management and operational processes by gathering evidence, documenting gaps, and coordinating remediation with accountable owners
- Monitor supplier adherence to contractual requirements, policies, and procedures, and communicate potential impacts to stakeholders
- Deliver change management support by drafting communications, coordinating impact inputs, contributing to readiness planning, and tracking sustainment activities
- Improve processes by identifying inefficiencies or control gaps and implementing standard routines, templates, and playbooks
- Communicate progress, risks, and tradeoffs through clear, concise updates in decks, emails, and reports
- Manage competing priorities with sound judgment, operating effectively in ambiguity and driving closure through disciplined follow-through
- Promote a strong control environment by following risk, control, and process expectations while focusing on customer outcomes
Required qualifications, capabilities, and skills
- 6 years of experience in delivery execution, program/project coordination, process improvement, supplier oversight, business operations, risk management, controls, or related work
- Ability to coordinate across a matrixed environment and drive execution without direct authority
- Strong organizational, analytical, and problem-solving skills, with the ability to manage multiple workstreams in ambiguity
- Experience creating and maintaining delivery artifacts (plans, risks and issues logs, action logs, status reports, and governance notes) with strong attention to detail
- Strong written and verbal communication skills, including tailoring updates for senior stakeholders and working teams
- Ability to collaborate with Product and Technology teams to recommend improvements that enhance customer experience and operational effectiveness
- Working knowledge of vendor management and third-party oversight expectations, including risk and control practices
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
Preferred qualifications, capabilities, and skills
- Experience in financial services, particularly supplier oversight, risk management, controls, or compliance-related work
- Experience supporting supplier performance routines, governance forums, and contractual deliverables
- Systems-thinking approach to analyze end-to-end processes and identify optimization opportunities
- Experience using agile ways of working to deliver iterative improvements
- Familiarity with responsible use of AI tools to improve documentation quality and process execution (with appropriate controls)
- Master's degree and/or relevant certifications (for example, PMP, agile, Lean, risk, or controls)
