We are looking for a motivated AI Senior Product Associate to join our Conversational AI team within the Consumer & Community Bank's Digital Products Organization. This role will support the Chase Digital Assistance (CDA) product area, which includes the Digital Assistant, Natural Language Search (NLS), and Elastic Search (ES) teams. Our mission is to create engaging and sophisticated natural language experiences that provide convenient, frictionless consumer financial services across mobile apps, chase.com, and various platforms and channels.

As an AI Senior Product Associate in our Conversational AI team, you will contribute to delivering exceptional customer conversation experiences. You will collaborate with linguistic engineers, product managers, designers, and software developers to create a cohesive customer experience that addresses a diverse array of consumer product offerings. Your role will involve supporting the optimization of customer conversations through Natural Language Platforms and Conversational AI.

Job responsibilities

  • Assist in setting up the Conversational Optimization discipline within the Conversational AI team in CCB Digital.
  • Collaborate with technology and analytics teams to deliver conversational journeys and enhance customer experience.
  • Support the execution of assigned initiatives in the roadmap, focusing on platform capabilities.
  • Work with product owners to assist in sprint planning and prioritization of scrum teams to align with roadmap priorities.
  • Help manage requirements delivery from start to finish, including monitoring in-production performance.
  • Effectively manage time and workload to support a healthy backlog of requirements.
  • Demonstrate ownership of requirements through knowledge expertise and synchronization with the broader product team.


Required qualifications, capabilities, and skills

  • 3+ years of experience or equivalent expertise in product management or a relevant domain area
  • Proficient knowledge of the product development life cycle
  • Experience in product life cycle activities including discovery and requirements definition
  • Strong problem-solving skills and willingness to roll up one's sleeves to get the job done
  • Ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver features
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skill
