As a Senior Associate, Lifestyle Experiential within Offers & Shopping, you will play a pivotal role in conceptualizing and executing events for Card and Connected Commerce B2B and B2C events for the Chase Offers & Shopping lines of business. This position sits within the Card and Connected Commerce Lifestyle Experiential team, a key business within Chase's Consumer & Community Banking group. This position will work closely with the Chase Offers and Shopping product teams to produce best in class events that align to the product team's strategy.

Job Responsibilities
  • Manage all aspects (end to end) of experiential activations for Chase Media Solutions, Chase Offers, Zelle and Paze, the businesses that make up the Chase Offers & Shopping team
  • Coordinate with internal stakeholders and external agencies to execute on-site, in-person experiences
  • Partner with the Chase Media Solutions line of business, brand, marketing, and controls teams throughout the event lifecycle
  • Lead onsite activation in partnership with key agency partners
  • Ensure development of event survey's, creating and delivering readout of key performance indicators for events


Required Qualifications, Capabilities, and Skills
  • 2+ Years' B2B and/or B2C event experience
  • Results-oriented with strong problem-solving skills
  • Organized, thinks strategically and executes flawlessly
  • Strong project management skills
  • Be innovative and resourceful-articulate and execute ideas that will enhance event execution rivaling our competition and delivering on product strategy
  • Possess strong relationship skills and ability to lead through strong collaboration
  • Have a proven ability to promote a strong control environment, while appropriately delivering what's best for the customer
  • Be able to succeed in a fast paced, fluid environment with tight deadlines
  • Collaborate effectively with management and cross-functional teams, while building strong relationships and being a team player
