As a Vice President in Risk Projects & Data Change Management team, you play a pivotal role in driving BAU Change management, large scale projects and lead a global team that support Wholesale Credit Risk. You will collaborate across the organization to deliver impactful solutions, enhance transparency. Your work will help minimize operational and financial Risk, support smooth transitions, and promote effective change management. As part of our team, you'll be involved in review business requirements, client impact analysis, and coordinate end to end testing. This individual will report into Data Change governance & management lead.
Job responsibilities- Monitor and change process provide regular status updates to management
- Create polished presentations and materials to support communication and facilitate fact-based decision making for senior management.
- Provide oversight of the release plan inclusive of project or release scope, critical milestones, sourcing requirements, test strategy and execution and implementation checklists and stakeholder / technology activities
- Oversee project implementation runbooks and coordinate stakeholder sign-off .
- Day to day management oversight and accountability of change initiatives and support to team
Required qualifications, capabilities, and skills - Minimum 7 years of data change management experience, including Agile methodologies within financial services or risk management environments.
- Proven leadership skills with the ability to lead working groups, drive results in complex settings, and influence senior stakeholders and support team requirements
- Expert communication skills, including synthesizing, presenting key messages, and preparing high-quality materials for senior management.
- Effective collaborator, able to partner with global teams across time zones and work independently and with their team with strong follow-through and adaptability.
- Highly organized self-starter, skilled at multi-tasking, delivering under tight deadlines, and adapting to fast-paced, changing priorities.
- Proficient in MS Office (Excel, Visio, PowerPoint) and familiar with project management tools such as JIRA and SharePoint, with strong attention to detail and quality assurance.
