As a Retirement Administration Senior Professional within our team, you will be responsible for supporting the Retirement Services Team. Responsibilities include, but not limited to, acknowledging, processing and updating all inbound documentation as it relates to Pension, Retirement and Benefits case work. Handling the distribution of various Fulfillment items and products and updating employee/former employee Oracle HCM and PeopleSoft records as needed.

This position requires a full-time commitment to working 100% in-office, ensuring seamless collaboration and direct engagement with our team

Job Responsibilities
  • Research and validate participant information in accordance with Plan rules and regulations
  • Validate accuracy of documentation received from employees/former employees
  • Prepare and review calculations, distribution packages and payments
  • Collaborate with actuary as needed
  • Process pension distribution forms received daily
  • Process Retirement Services cases in Service Now as needed
  • Manage workflow to assure cases and fulfillment distributions are completed within the required Service Level Agreement (SLA)
  • Support data gathering and research on moderate to complex cases
  • Handle both telephone and written inquires
  • Research and respond to escalations as needed

Required qualifications, capabilities, and skills
  • Strong customer service skills (the position requires outbound calls with participants)
  • Strong organizational skills and ability to multitask
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to work independently to meet established SLA's in a fast-paced environment
  • Must be able to effectively manage through peak volume periods
  • Strong verbal and written communications skills, with proven ability to work with all levels of personnel
  • Requires attention to detail and the ability to follow through and resolve outstanding issues
  • Proficient with Microsoft products; including Word and Excel
  • Must be able to maintain a high degree of confidentially
  • Demonstrate initiative, be a self-starter, fast learner, and team player

Preferred qualifications, capabilities, and skills
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
  • Several years' experience in Pension/Retirem ent administration preferred
