Description:

JPMorgan Chase is seeking a Vice President to join our Resolution & Recovery Policy Testing team within the Chief Investment Office.

As a Vice President within the R& R Policy and Testing team, you will lead a variety of activities focused on development and ongoing enhancement of JPMorgan Chase's Global Title I and Insured Depository Institution (IDI) Resolution Plans as well as play a key role in the firm's internal testing of its capabilities around its Resolution and Recovery plans. Prior experience in Resolution or Recovery planning or business resiliency at a large financial institution is preferred, but not required, experience in testing programs over Resolution and Recovery is a plus. Experience leading projects in finance, operations, bank regulatory exams or related fields would also position a candidate well to be successful in this role. Direct experience in managing large or complex deliverables and producing high-quality materials (e.g., presentations, quantitative and qualitative analysis) in a large financial institution is strongly preferred. This role will interact with senior management across disciplines and be responsible for maintaining relationships across several business and support areas.

Required Qualifications, Skills, and Capabilities
  • 5+ years in a large financial institution or regulator with exposure to financial regulation, business resiliency or a related role.
  • Experience and interest in the regulatory environment for financial services, Resolution or Recovery Planning a plus.
  • Prior experience in testing or assurance programs is a plus.
  • Strong ability to develop and maintain effective working relationships and influence across a broad organizational landscape and at multiple management levels in order to ensure alignment of teams to program objectives.
  • Ability to take ownership for assigned deliverables and proactively manage them to timely completion (escalating when appropriate) to ensure objectives are met.
  • Experience creating high-quality presentation content for senior audiences and conveying succinct analysis and conclusions in presentation materials.
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to proactively ask questions and seek feedback on deliverables as required.
  • Ease working across a range of complex issues; ability to learn new topics quickly and move between subjects
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills required.
  • Bachelor's degree required.
  • Develop and maintain knowledge of the Firm's Resolution Plan as well as current and evolving
