Description:

Shape the future of product delivery while crafting solutions that enhance and optimize customer experiences. Lead end-to-end processes, manage dependencies, and liaise with stakeholders as part of a team at the forefront of innovation.

As a Product Delivery Manager in Merchant Services, you work to enhance and optimize the way products are delivered to customers. As a key member of the team, you create solutions and efficiencies that enable successful implementations in an expedient and organized way.

The Merchant Service Program & Portfolio Office is seeking a Reporting Lead to shape and scale product and program execution reporting . You will design and deliver dashboards and interactive reporting that provide clear visibility into planning, execution, delivery health, risks, and dependencies, leveraging firm-approved tools.

In this role, you will proactively identify reporting gaps, define data requirements, and partner with stakeholders to ensure metrics are accurate, trusted, and actionable for audiences ranging from delivery teams to senior leadership. You will source and curate data from systems of record (e.g., Jira and other portfolio management tools) and translate it into insights that enable leaders to course-correct and drive outcomes.

Job responsibilities

  • Own the reporting strategy for product/program execution within Merchant Services, establishing a cohesive set of dashboards, KPIs, and recurring views aligned to leadership needs.
  • Design, build, and maintain dashboards and reports (e.g., Tableau and other firm-approved tools) that track delivery health: milestones, throughput, predictability, risks/issues, dependencies, and resource/capacity signals.
  • Ingest, normalize, and validate data from Jira and other systems of record; define data definitions, metric logic, and controls to improve quality and consistency.
  • Partner with product, technology, and program leadership to clarify context behind metrics, interpret trends, and surface key drivers and areas requiring action.
  • Identify gaps and drive continuous improvement in reporting coverage, automation, performance, and usability; reduce manual effort and improve timeliness of insights.
  • Standardize portfolio reporting by defining templates, best practices, and guidance so reporting can be consistently consumed across levels and teams.
  • Communicate insights effectively through executive-ready summaries, storytelling with data, and clear visualizations tailored to stakeholder needs.
  • Leads end-to-end product delivery processes including intake, dependency management, release management, product operationalization, delivery feasibility decision-making, and product performance reporting, while escalating opportunities to improve efficiencies and functional coordination
  • Leads the completion of change management activities across functional partners and ensures adherence to the firm's risk, controls, compliance, and regulatory requirements
  • Effectively manages timelines and dependencies while monitoring blockers, ensuring adequate resourcing, and liaising with stakeholders and functional partners

Required qualifications, capabilities, and skills

  • 5+ years of experience (or equivalent expertise) building dashboards and interactive reporting using Jira, Tableau, and other firm-approved tools.
  • Demonstrated ability to proactively identify reporting opportunities and translate them into meaningful views that highlight program risks, blockers, and delivery health.
  • Strong understanding and proven track record in designing reporting for product planning, execution, and delivery status (e.g., milestones, progress, predictability, dependencies).
  • Experience partnering with and presenting to senior leaders and cross-functional stakeholders in Product and Technology, ensuring shared understanding of metrics, definitions, and context.
  • Strong communication skills with the ability to translate complex data into clear, actionable insights.
  • 5+ years of experience or equivalent expertise in product delivery or a relevant domain area
  • Demonstrated ability to execute operational management and change readiness activities
  • Strong understanding of delivery and a proven track record of implementing continuous improvement processes
  • Experience in product or platform-wide release management, in addition to deployment processes and strategies

Preferred qualifications, capabilities, and skills

  • Product lifecycle & analytics: Working knowledge of product development lifecycle, design practices, and applied analytics.
  • Tools: Proficiency with Jira, Confluence, SharePoint, Tableau, and AI-based tools (firm approved).
  • Methodologies: Familiarity with Agile and/or SAFe delivery and portfolio constructs.
  • Proficient knowledge of the product development life cycle, design, and data analytics
