Description:

As a Product Delivery Manager in Small Business Card, Branded Chase Card Services, you will work to enhance and optimize the way products are delivered to customers efficiently and consistently. As a key member of the Portfolio Management team, you create solutions and efficiencies that enable successful implementations and communications in an expedient and organized way.

Jobresponsibilities
  • Leadsa team of high-performing program and release managers to drive consistentmanagement of critical programs with quality that results in early risk andissue identification/mitigation and enables communication and transparency withstakeholders.
  • Coordinatewith Product Owner/Area Product Owners on product roadmap planning, optimizeprioritization and bring transparency to health of initiatives - ownscoordination of the overall Small Business Card Roadmap.
  • Leadsend-to-end product delivery lifecycle and processes including intake, dependency management, release management, product operationalization, deliveryfeasibility decision-making, and product performance reporting, whileescalating opportunities to improve efficiencies and functional coordination
  • Leadsthe completion of change management and release activities across service, operations, product, technology, design and data partners and collaborates toensure adherence to the firm's risk, controls, compliance, and regulatoryrequirements
  • Effectivelymanages timelines and dependencies while monitoring blockers, ensuring adequateresourcing, and liaising with stakeholders and functional partners
  • Governsproduct standards, hygiene and controls

Requiredqualifications, capabilities, and skills
  • Exceptionalexecutive communication skills - ability to connect and synthesize impactsacross multiple complex programs and deliver clear messages with leadership onstatus, timing and risks to delivery
  • 5 ormore years of experience or equivalent expertise in program/project management, product delivery or a relevant domain area
  • Strongand proven executive stakeholder management skills
  • Demonstratedexecutive reporting and presentation skills
  • Demonstratedability to execute operational management and change readiness activities
  • Strongunderstanding of delivery of customer experiences and a proven track record ofimplementing continuous improvement processes
  • Experiencein product or platform-wide release management, in addition to deploymentprocesses and strategies

Preferredqualifications, capabilities, and skills
  • MBA
  • Proficientknowledge of the product development life cycle, design, and data analytics
