The Digital Secure Content Production Team at JPMorgan Chase is committed to delivering high-quality, customer-facing web and mobile content. As a Product Delivery Associate, you will collaborate with local and internationally dispersed digital content management stakeholders to deliver and evolve industry-leading digital web and mobile experiences. Utilize a basic understanding of HTML, CSS, XML, and workflow tools like Atlassian JIRA and Confluence to support content production.
Job responsibilities - Supports delivery processes including intake, dependency management, release management, product operationalization, delivery feasibility decision-making, and product performance reporting, while highlighting opportunities to improve efficiencies.
- Contributes to change management activities across functional partners and documents adherence to the firm's risk, controls, compliance, and regulatory requirements.
- Documents blockers and impediments to aid with dependency management and resource availability.
- Collaborates with the Product Delivery Manager to engage stakeholders and cross-functional partners to manage dependencies and timelines.
- Author, enter, and manage digital content in AEM and related tools, reviewing alignment with approved content requirements.
- Complete work requests using the Digital Secure Producer work plan, maintaining high standards of quality, efficiency, and accuracy.
- Analyze, diagnose, and resolve content-related and technical issues effectively.
Required qualifications, capabilities, and skills - 2+ years of experience or equivalent expertise in product management, project management, or a relevant domain area
- Demonstrated experience or equivalent expertise in product management, project management, or a relevant domain area.
- Exposure to operational management and change readiness workstream
- Familiarity with content management tools, applications and process
- Basic understanding of the front-end development process, including HTML, CSS, and XML.
- Familiarity in using Atlassian JIRA and Confluence, or similar workflow management tools.
Preferred qualifications, capabilities, and skills - Emerging knowledge of product release and deployment processes
- Familiarity with ADA standards and conformance.
- Experience in usability, information architecture, and content design
