We are growing a team in Performance Marketing that provides senior leadership across Consumer and Community Banking with operational data and actionable insights on the performance of their teams who deliver marketing campaigns to our customers. This is an exciting high-visibility role in Marketing allowing you to make an impact, be challenged and give you the opportunity to become an expert in the marketing ecosystem.
As a Marketing Operations Ecosystem Analytics Vice President on the Marketing Operations team, you will be responsible for synthesizing complex information and effectively communicating insights across all levels of management to resolve issues and drive business value. You will be responsible for working with stakeholders in the business, Product and Data & Analytics to document and categorize data leveraged across processes and measure Marketing Operations, while tying it all back to the end-to-end campaign lifecycle. You will need to influence leadership on decisions and strategies related to data structure, data governance, taxonomy and workflow solutions. You must have exceptional skills in strategic story-telling, critical thinking, communication, and project management.
Job Responsibilities:
- Ensure all work requests are properly submitted, stored and disposition in backlogs and delivered in a timely manner
- Become an expert in the current workflow platforms & tools, assess and document gaps, and capture business justification to ensure enhancements to measurement capabilities are properly prioritized
- Lead and evolve campaign delivery governance meetings working with team leads to solicit dashboard enhancements that provide actionable insights
- Build and implement training for managers to use Tableau dashboards and action feedback to make dashboards more efficient and useful
- Work with Performance Marketing leadership to feed key insights back to LOBs so they can improve accuracy of campaign requirements
- Develop executive-level presentations illustrating clear and actionable operational health insights while showcasing progress in building out our suite of operational health measurement capabilities
- Automate dashboards so leaders have access to up-to-date information on how their campaigns are being executed and issues they need to be aware of around improving the performance of their marketing teams
- Develop more junior team members to build their analytics and dash board skills
- Develop and implement data pipelines, job automations, ETL, data wrangling and monitoring for the purposes of streamlined, standardized reporting of Marketing Operations
- Develop and implement data quality assurance processes to effectively monitor, identify and troubleshoot data issues through a robust, documented, data governance program
Required qualifications, capabilities, and skills:
- Bachelor's degree with 5+ years of experience in a business or quantitative discipline
- Advanced experience with ETL tools to develop complex and comprehensive data pipeline solutions on big data platforms
- Demonstrated ability in Data Governance Framework and analysis of datasets to measure data health and quality
- Experience fetching data from Third Party APIs
- Expertise in Business Intelligence tools (Tableau, Power BI, Python, SQL)
- PC expertise, including fluency in Excel, PowerPoint, SharePoint
- Ability to work under pressure and multi-task with excellent attention to detail
- Demonstrated proficiency of project / program management, analytical, organizational and problem solving skills
- Strong verbal and written communication skills and ability to create executive-level presentations coupled with solid interpersonal skills
- Proven ability to work independently as well as within a cross-functional/matrixed environment
