Job Summary:
As a Loan Servicing Specialist IV in Structured Loan and Agency Servicing, you will provide operational support for syndicated credit structures agented by JPMorgan or bilateral loans extended solely by JPMorgan. This client-facing role involves direct contact with borrowers, lenders, and business partners while performing various loan servicing tasks.

Job Responsibilities:
  • Initiate loan activity (fundings, repricings, payments) per client instructions.
  • Calculate and track complex interest and fee accruals at various rate levels.
  • Reconcile daily funding and payment activity to account for all cash transactions.
  • Read and interpret complex legal credit agreements and related documentation.
  • Initiate and reconcile automated funds movement as per client/lender instructions.
  • Monitor and escalate past due exceptions to ensure accurate loan accounting.
  • Perform maintenance of margin changes and communicate with the bank group.
  • Provide information as requested by clients, business partners, or lenders.
  • Monitor control reports and update applicable comments.
  • Participate in system testing, which may occur during non-business hours.
  • Assist with administrative tasks associated with Credit Agreements and perform quality control on new deals and amendments.

Required Qualifications, Capabilities, and Skills:
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills.
  • Strong interpersonal and client servicing skills.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
  • Ability to manage concurrent assignments efficiently.
  • Ability to work independently within a team.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • General to intermediate accounting knowledge.

Preferred Qualifications, Capabilities, and Skills:
  • Undergraduate degree.
  • Experience with syndicated loan documentation or related legal documentation.
